     PROMPT: Write for 25 minutes in a stream of consciousness mode.
     Do everything in your power to transfer your thought processes directly onto the page. Leaps in syntax and punctuation are fine—even expected. Record your sensory perceptions, memories, imaginings, and absolutely everything else that pops into your mind. If you are having competing thoughts, your narrative will jump back and forth between them. There is really only one rule: The pen must never stop moving!
     If the pen stops moving, your teacher will call 911, because you are dead.
